The Board of Business Control Solutions plc, has announced the appointment of Roger Shepherd as Finance Director and Company Secretary. He will be replacing Mark Moore.

Shepherd qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1991. Between 1993 and 2001 Roger worked for Electrocomponents plc where he held a number of senior financial roles, until 2002 when he was appointed CFO for Tomo Limited. He then joined Barbox limited in 2004. Until earlier this month, Roger was also a director of Key Action Services Limited.
