BNP Paribas has hired a new client solutions relationship manager from Citi, to work within its EMEA prime solutions and financing division in London.
Talat Sami joins following 11 years at Citi, where he most recently operated as a client executive in the derivative execution, clearing and collateral team.
Prior to Citi he worked across a number of derivatives-related roles including futures trader, risk manager and desk broker, according to his LinkedIn profile.
In his new role at BNP Paribas, Talat will act as the client relationship manager to key clients as well as project managing client onboarding and driving new business development.
He will report to Kirsty Gurr, head of client solutions EMEA.
