Andrew Muir Quits SunGard

Andrew Muir, one of the best-known and most popular figures in securities services technology, is understood to have left SunGard. This is a development which will not have surprised any of his many friends in the industry. Word is that Muir has joined Irish software house Singularity, which had close links with his alma mater Mercator.
