CACEIS and FundGlobam have partnered to offer asset management companies an all-in fund distribution support solution.
Through the new partnership, CACEIS will provide the specific expertise necessary for cross-border distribution, which will help its clients expand their businesses.
CACEIS and FundGlobam’s all-in solutions span the entire fund distribution value chain.
Asset management company clients of CACEIS will now be able to use this solution to strengthen their business development efforts both domestically and internationally.
According to CACEIS, the services that will be provided through this solution are structured around three categories.
Firstly, distribution strategy services, which will identify the most appropriate targets by drawing on knowledge of market characteristics, trends, participants and regulatory frameworks in more than 80 countries.
Secondly, distribution support services, which will help clients operate in each target market. This includes a service for launching funds in new markets, operational support and oversight of distribution in foreign markets, and counterparty monitoring including due diligences.
Lastly, development support, which will facilitate access to local networks of distributors and intermediaries to help clients reach investors in target markets.
