Canadian CCP launches Secured General Collateral notes programme 

SGC Notes will be issued by a special purpose vehicle established as an Ontario trust, with the Computershare Trust Company of Canada acting as trustee and CDCC serving as promoter, administrative agent, custodian, and paying agent.
