Investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) launched PremierNote, its new highly customizable service for the electronic delivery of research.
PremierNote allows clients to receive research by email in the format, time and frequency that suits them best. It covers all published DrKW Capital Markets research across all asset classes.
In a recent poll of DrKW research clients, over 80% considered email to be the single most important communication channel yet complained they suffered from vast volumes of emails.
“The aim of PremierNote is to help our clients rationalize the email overload they tell us is a problem,” Colin Jowers, head of Capital Markets Research Operations responsible for developing the service, explains. “Rather than blast our clients with ever more emails in the hope they will read them, we decided there is far greater chance clients will use our research if we can give them just what they want, in a concise format and in their preferred timescale. PremierNote is designed to make the whole process of e-delivery of research as streamlined and simple to use as possible.”
