European Fund Administration (EFA) has added three members of Credit Suisse Fund Services Luxembourg for its private asset services team, including its head of private equity and real estate administration.

Cédric Jauquet joins EFA as head of private asset services and member of the executive committee after four and a half years at Credit Suisse.

Jauquet has 18 years’ experience, including roles at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg’s corporate and fund services subsidiary, RBC Alternative Investor Services and PwC.

He will be joined by fellow Credit Suisse team members, Fabrice Freilinger, head of private asset investor services, and Tomasz Szubartowski, head of private asset accounting services.

“We have a high respect for EFA and its quality client base. We will put our expertise and energy into building this line of business and becoming the reference in private asset services,” said Jauquet.

Noel Fessey, CEO of EFA said: “We look forward to building our private asset services business line with Cédric, Fabrice, Tomasz and our colleagues in EFA.

“Together they will form EFA’s new private asset services team. We are committed to investing in people and technology in this growth area, and to providing our clients with excellent private asset services, across the entire spectrum of private asset types, in fund and non-fund vehicles, and in regulated and non-regulated formats, in Luxembourg and in other domiciles.”
