Fortis Clearing has set up an office in Singapore and become a clearing member of the Singapore Exchange.

Fortis Clearing is one of the largest independent third party clearers in Europe, Asia/Pacific and the US and offers clearing services for the derivatives, equities, bonds, commodities and OTC markets. Fortis Clearing now has offices in Chicago, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Sydney and Singapore and has General Clearing Memberships (GCM) in over 20 markets, enabling its services to be offered directly. In other markets it uses local service providers.
