Global Custodian is delighted to announce the return of its Leaders in Custody Asia Awards, to be held at Raffles in Singapore on 29 May 2025.

The ceremony will honour securities services providers across the Asia Pacific region which have excelled in Global Custodian’s agent banks surveys, along with a range of Editors’ Choice, Individual and Innovation awards segments.

Our Innovation awards recognise truly ground-breaking ideas from the securities services industry and represent the only segment the evening you can submit nominations for. You can nominate through this link here for any initiatives stemming from the Asia Pacific region, and the winners will be revealed on the night.

The survey awards recognise outstanding achievements across the region for multimarket providers, along with agent banks in individual markets. Our research team has also highlighted outstanding performers as rated by network managers across major, emerging and frontier markets.

New this year are our fund services categories covering fund administration and ETF administration, with those shortlisted excelling in Global Custodian’s annual surveys. There is also a Fund Services Deal of the Year award included in our Editors’ Choice segment.

Leading the way this year is Standard Chartered with a standout 13 nominations, while Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas come in with 10 each. Mizuho Bank is in line for nine honours, Citi is shortlisted seven times and HSBC six.

State Street and DBS appears four times in our Editors’ Choice categories this year, while ICICI is up for three survey awards.

There are also multiple nominations for MUFG, BNY, Northern Trust, JP Morgan, Euroclear, and Chainlink.

In the coming weeks Global Custodian will be considering the entries for Innovation awards which will close on Monday 1 April. You cannominate through this link.
