In the 2014 Mutual Fund Administration Survey, a total of 453 responses were received, of which 422 were included in the final calculations after removing responses for inaccuracy, duplication and affiliation. Eight providers were rated. Ten others received responses, but these reflected insufficient activity for a rating.
The “Roll of Honor—Area Level” badge is awarded to providers who are considered among the top three exceptional performers in each of the following service areas: Relationship Management and Client Service; Value Delivered; Fund Accounting and Valuation; Transfer Agency; Distribution Support; Fund Reporting; Compliance; Custody Services.
