SunGard Corbel has released its newest 5500 applications, Relius Government Forms 5500 Enterprise and Omni Enterprise. Both systems are designed to gather and integrate data from high volume administration systems including SunGard’s OmniPlus administration system, and completely automate the Form 5500 preparation process.
Relius Government Forms 5500 Enterprise and Omni Enterprise allow the preparer to import multiple forms and schedules across plans. Features of the new applications include assigning status codes in “batch” to planbooks; carrying-forward, importing, validating, and printing data in “batch”; merging planbook templates; and reporting data source
Omni Enterprise is tightly integrated with SunGard’s OmniPlus, and eliminates the need for handling or parsing an extract file.
“We’ve designed this tool to help large administrator’s reduce their 5500 Form preparation by 60-120 minutes per plan,” said Don Mackanos, president of SunGard Corbel. “We have almost completely eliminated manual data entry, and reduced review time through the use of validation rules and reports.”
